Q: Is Telos able to help agencies with an average census of less than 100 patients?  

A: Yes, but we've found that agencies with more than 100 patients find the most value in our solutions and working with our team. 

Q: How long does a solutions demo usually take? 

A: Solutions demo usually takes between 30 to 45 minutes to complete depending on Q&A. 

Q: Which agency staff members should attend the solution demo? 

A: We always recommend having the agency administrator and clinical manager(s) attend. 

We've also found that when a scheduler, case manager, and field clinician attend, agency leaders can easily gather feedback and quickly decide to either:

  • Decline, as it doesn't solve a problem they're facing. 
  • Proceed with a subscription that doesn't require a long-term commitment.

Q: Why does Telos only onboard a few new clients each month? 

A: The vast majority of our team comes from the post-acute space and understands firsthand how frustrating a poor onboarding or initial customer experience is. We only take a select number of new agencies "live" each month, on a first-come, first-served basis to ensure we can provide customers with the resources they need to be successful.
